Defective boxes are defined as a factory sealed box with aesthetic defects such as a splitting of the shrink wrap seam.
Damaged boxes are defined as factory sealed boxes that arrived to us with dings or dents (we do not sell product if cards are HIGHLY likely to have been damaged within the boxes, but there is always some risk with damaged box purchases).

I'm never one to leave reviews but yall have vstar uni for a really great price, and the box I just got from you crushed it - gold Tina and Mewtwo SAR highlighted a loaded box... I'll be a repeat customer for sure!
